2. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: Prices exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing errors.
  • Payment: Secure payments via [list methods]. Full payment required before production/shipment.
  • Custom Orders: 50% deposit required for personalization. Final payment before delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: Standard 7-14 business days; custom orders 14-21 days.
  • Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout. International shipping available.
  • Delays: Force majeure events may cause delays—we’ll notify you promptly.

4. Custom & Corporate Orders

  • Specifications: Provide complete details upfront. Changes post-approval may incur fees.
  • Approval: Digital proofs sent for approval. Production starts only after sign-off.
  • Minimums: Corporate gifting may have MOQs—contact sales@mokworlds.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Products: 7-day return for unused items in original condition. Shipping costs non-refundable.
  • Custom Orders: No returns on personalized items unless defective.
  • Defects: Report within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/repair.

6. Warranty

  • Leather Goods: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, or improper care voids warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content remain MOK Worlds’ property. Custom designs become your IP post-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to product cost. We aren’t responsible for indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms governed by laws of India. Disputes resolved in Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
