Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund is processed within 3 days to the original payment method.

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts & Return Shipping
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return; otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver.
Customers cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For expensive returns, use tracking or insurance to ensure delivery.
