Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

  • Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Return Process

  1. Email customercare@mokworld.com with order details.

  2. Ship to: MOK WORLD, 1B-82, Paragon Plaza, Next to Phoenix Mall, Kamani, Kurla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, a refund is processed within 3 days to the original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If a refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. Still no refund? Contact customercare@mokworld.com.

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Email us to request an exchange.

Gifts & Return Shipping

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return; otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For expensive returns, use tracking or insurance to ensure delivery.
